The Karkonosze Mountains are not just a unique backdrop for relaxation; they are part of a place we feel responsible for. That's why we consciously leave selected, more overgrown areas as natural shelters for local wildlife during green area maintenance. We also support the local community by sponsoring events and fairs held in the municipality.

Our cuisine draws inspiration from the Karkonosze Mountains and local culinary traditions. We use, among other ingredients, cheeses, honey and fish from local suppliers. For us, this is more than a culinary choice. Working with local producers supports nearby businesses, promotes regional flavours and reduces the distance products travel before reaching our tables.

During buffet meals, we encourage guests to use the available dishes consciously - take only as much as you will eat, you can always come back for seconds. Together, we aim to reduce food waste without giving up variety and quality. We also offer "mountain packs" with meals prepared for trips.

We systematically reduce single-use plastic. Rooms use glass, reusable water bottles, and drinks at bars are served in glass containers that are collected and returned to producers. Plastic straws have been replaced with paper ones, as well as takeaway cups for hot drinks. We also use paper bags. Our staff have access to filtered drinking water, allowing them to refill bottles and reduce single-use plastic bottle use.
We give our guests the option to influence the environmental impact of their stay. Daily cleaning can be limited if not needed that day, and linen and towel changes are also made upon request. This helps reduce water, energy, and cleaning agents consumption. We also work with a laundry that uses modern equipment meeting high standards for energy use and detergent control.
We practice waste segregation. Proper procedures help us ensure waste management meets accepted standards. Every daily choice matters, so we seek solutions to reduce waste and increase reusable or recyclable materials.

Modern solutions used in the resort allow us to better manage energy consumption and heating. All buildings are monitored by a remote BMS system, enabling us to track installations and reduce unnecessary resource use. Automation helps avoid heating or lighting rooms when Guests are absent. Our parking also offers chargers for electric vehicles. This is one of the ways we support Guests choosing more eco-friendly travel options.

We ensure local elements are present in the Guest experience beyond the restaurant. Cosmetics used in treatments and available in hotel rooms come from the local spa and are made with thermal water.
